Get a monitored account

GET /v1/monitor/targets/{target} targets:read

One subscription, or the state of a pending resolution. {target} names the account: its user id, its current handle, or a handle it had before.

response

200 with a Target, 200 with a pending shape while resolving, 404 not_subscribed otherwise — with details.state: "failed" and details.reason when X had no such account. Field by field: Target.
