Watch a keyword

POST /v1/keywords keywords:write

Watch a query. If someone else already watches the identical query you join it; you cannot change its settings.

`label`	string	Echoed in every `search.match`

response

201 created, 200 joined an existing keyword; note warns if the operator paused it. Location points at it.
